Employment Lawyer

Employment & Labor lawyers deal with matters of employment and problems at work. They tend to deal with the enforcement of laws relating to business and federal law. Similar to corporate lawyers, they come in both transactional employment and litigation forms. Workplace litigators often go to court to present cases when businesses violate contractual agreements. They also get involved in issues surrounding state law. The difference with transactional lawyers is that they often deal with drafting employment documents. It is, however, possible for employment lawyers to do both transactional and litigation work.

There is no such thing as a typical crime. The kinds of cases handled by these types of lawyers span a diverse set of offences. They cover the minor things like petty theft to more drastic matters of drug trafficking, DUI, assault, all the way up to murder.
